From dyeing her hair black to her new rock & roll style, KRISTEN STEWART is really getting into character.

While filming a JOAN JETT biopic, KRISTEN has adopted a uniform of vintage rock tees and skinny jeans – and has even gone so far as to hang out with the rock legend she is portraying.

While this new punk look is genres away from TWILIGHT’S Bella Swan, KRISTEN totally pulls it off.

She turned up at COMIC CON in another Chaser T shirt featuring early 80s hardcore punk band Minor Threat.

  1. i’m the only one that cared.

but in the adventureland movie kristin’s character wore a husker du shirt for a (very short) scene. seems no one else really cared about or thought it was worth mentioning in a review.

well just give them talking animals…

i guess your normal person couldn’t relate to this. but they could relate to superheroes…

hmm and the disney (???) film ‘bandslam’ (or whatever it was called) refed the velvet underground/the ramones/sonic youth/bad brains.

it’s mixed with some of the things that got played during her adventureland film. i think it is an interestesting trend or something that’s pretty much everyone is ignoring.

(when did it get ok to mention these in films this big ??? films about/with teens ???)

oh and m., bob mould as bad dresser/slightly overweight guy that bunch of weird sounds from his guitar on pretty much no budget (zen arcade was done for $3000???).

sorry ms. m., but ‘hot’ guy/‘sexy guys’/nor ‘tough guys’/trad guys pretty much never did anything music wise i liked. let’s see someone else say that.

ok, everyone stop with your lies…

should expand on this and put it on the blog that hasn’t been written in since 1922.

but who the f*** would care. when most are so amazed by talking animals/superheroes. and no, that’s not really a joke.

wimpy kids and losers were the real rebels of indie/alternative. let me go through my limited cd collection (which doesn’t seemingly match anyone on the damn planet. no, i’m not kidding) for proof…oh yeah i loved mixed gendered bands.

guess my rock cred takes another hit when i admit that. ha ha…

  2. My sweet adorable glimster…

    I CARE.

It doesn’t matter what other people think. Let them have their talking animals. Hah hah.

There will always be intellectuals that want subversive stuff that differs from the norm.

Don’t you worry about a thing, glim.

Be ecstatic that you’re different and embrace that. It’s exquisite. Who the hell wants to be the same as everyone else when the herd has an adoration for perpetual mediocrity?

    Stand tall, honey. Be proud.

Being an individual and knowing who you are is a gorgeous thing to recognize.

Feel it. Learn it. Live it.

Your life will be all the better for refusing to conform.
