MELANIE LAURENT IN INGLOURIOUS BASTERDS: ONE OF THE GREAT PERFORMANCES OF 2009

When the SAG AWARD nominations were announced a couple of days ago, DIANE KRUGER (who was also excellent) made the BEST SUPPORTING ACTRESS cut.

MELANIE did not.

This may have been due to category confusion. But we’re left with the same unsatisfactory results.

Due to the fact that she was unfortunately overlooked, Owen has posted a passionate eloquent response. Not only do I vehemently agree with every word he wrote about Ms. Laurent, but his prose is a joy to behold.
